Vocabulary Cards
These packets contain the same photos as in our matching and 3-part cards but in a slightly larger format and
without the distraction of the written word. These are the best way to introduce vocabulary to pre-readers. By
having vocabulary cards, matching cards, and 3-part cards on your shelves, you allow the 3-year old, 4-year old,
and 5+ year-old to work on the same "topic" but with the right level of challenge for their abilities. The gorgeous
photographs in these packets captivate children and adults. All photos clearly isolate their subject. (All subjects
are North American unless otherwise specified.) Each packet includes 12 cards printed with photographs on the
front and nothing on the back. Each packet comes with a small control chart with mini-photos and vocabulary
names for teacher reference. Cards are approx. 3¾” x 4¼” and have rounded corners. Download our free lesson
plans for detailed instructions on how to use these cards.
Also available in matching and 3-part formats.
