This eastern box turtle was such a fun model. He slowly scooted across my deck on a beautiful summer's day but paused right when I needed him to and stuck out his tail! Scan through this book and discover each key part of his external anatomy. The photos include the featured part in full-color while the rest of the image fades into muted shades of gray. For the first time, it is really clear what we want them to focus on!
