Parts of the Leaf 3-Part Reading

$19.95 USD

A leaf's main job is to absorb sunlight and you can just feel the sunlight in this leaf from the river beech tree. Look carefully at these cards and discover each of the key parts of a leaf's external anatomy. The photos include the featured part in full-color while the rest of the image fades into muted shades of gray. For the first time, it is really clear what we want them to focus on!

  • 3-part format includes photos, labels, and control cards (word and label put together)
  • Cards for the whole leaf and each of its key parts (see  photo for list); 30 cards total
  • Rounded corners (no pricked fingers or dog-eared cards)
  • Comes in a sturdy, clear reclosable bag for storage
  • Lesson plan included

These can be beautifully displayed in our 3-pocket cloth pouches (sold separately).

Cards are fully laminated and ready for use. Approximate card sizes are 3¾” x 4¼” (control cards), 3¾“ x 3” (photo cards), and 3¾” x 1¼” (word cards).
