You can either (1) email us to request a quote (hello@maitrilearning.com) or (2) load up everything you want in your shopping cart and start the checkout process. When you choose your payment method, choose "Sales Quote." We won't actually fulfill your order and you won't be charged anything. We'll just use this to send you the quote. We'll wait to have your approval or receive a Purchase Order before fulfilling.

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days. But if we have to make what you need it could take a bit longer. If you have a larger order, contact us to plan ahead for timing; large orders may take 4+ weeks to fulfill (see note below.)

Most orders ship via USPS, UPS Ground, or DHL (international) and typically take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered. If you need a faster shipping method, contact us and we'll do our best! (Additional charges will apply.)

A Note on Large Orders

To meet the changes in the education market, we've transitioned to a dynamic, on-demand staffing model that allows us to scale our production capacity precisely to match customer needs. This shift means we now bring in our specialized team members specifically when large orders are placed. 

This change moves us towards a more collaborative forecasting approach. The more advance notice you can provide (ideally 4-8 weeks for larger orders), the more seamlessly we can align our production schedule with your timeline. 

We ship all over the world! If you don't see the option to ship to your country, contact us. All international orders ship via DHL. Customs/taxes/duties are prepaid and included when you checkout. Sometimes DHL needs to contact you when items arrive in your country. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and be on the look out for such emails/phone messages so you can promptly respond to anything that might come up. Maitri Learning is not responsible for items left in customs. 

To reduce your shipping costs, we recommend loading up your shopping cart; the extra weight does not dramatically increase the costs. So, you'll get a better value if you purchase more items.

Yes! We accept purchase orders from any school/organization within the US. We do not accept purchase orders from individuals. Email your PO to admin@maitrilearning.com

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any unused item within 30 days and receive an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Digital Returns: We are unable to issue refunds for digital purchases with activated licenses. If you purchase the wrong digital file, do not activate your license but instead contact us to request a refund/exchange.

If you have a Massachusetts shipping address, we are required to collect a 6.25% state sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please email us your tax exempt certificate before placing an order so we can establish you as a tax exempt customer.
