Returns & Exchanges
We stand by everything we make. We've been in business since 2003 with tens of thousands of orders and 99.9% of all customers are happy with their purchase. Hooray! Just like them, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You can return any unused item in new condition (see exception noted below for digital items) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund...no questions asked. Simply mail your product with a copy of your receipt (or information so we can find the original order) and we will either refund the original credit card used for the purchase, issue you a credit, or mail you a check. If the products are damaged or show evidence of use, we are unable to issue a refund.
If there was an error on our end, we will gladly refund your original shipping costs and email you a prepaid return shipping label if we need the item sent back to us. Unfortunately, we can not refund original shipping costs or pay for return shipping costs for other return reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item).
Digital Returns: We are unable to issue refunds for digital purchases with activated licenses. If you purchase the wrong digital file, do not activate your license but instead contact us to request a refund/exchange.
