Shipping & Ordering Info
We stand by everything we make. In over 18 years of business and thousands of orders, 99.9% of all customers are happy with their purchase. Hooray! Just like them, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You can return any unused item (see exception noted below for digital items) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund...no questions asked. Simply mail your product with a copy of your receipt (or information so we can find the original order) and we will either refund the original credit card used for the purchase, issue you a credit, or mail you a check. If there was an error on our end, we will gladly refund your original shipping costs and email you a prepaid return shipping label if we need the item sent back to us. Unfortunately, we can not refund original shipping costs or pay for return shipping costs for other return reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item).
Digital Returns: We are unable to issue refunds for digital purchases that have been downloaded. If you purchase the wrong digital file, do not download it but instead contact us to request a refund/exchange.
Also, if you place more than one order shipping to the same address, we reserve the right to combine them into one package and ship them together. If you need them shipped separately, please make a note saying this when you place your order.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Select, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (whichever is most prompt and economical for your geographic location).
All online continental US orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping! Just enter the discount code FREESHIP100 upon checkout. Otherwise, US shipping and handling charges for online orders are:
- $4.95 for orders up to $24.90
- $7.95 for orders $24.91 and above
Shipping to outlying US territories including Hawaii or Alaska is available via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.
We are happy to ship internationally. However, once your package is received by the carrier here in the US, the shipment responsibility becomes theirs. Maitri Learning can not guarantee international delivery. Choose UPS or International Post, whichever carrier you trust for your country/region. Then, be prepared to work directly with your country's customs/tariff organization to help the package clear customs. We mark all items as "school materials" but have no influence on whether your country will charge duties/tariffs on the materials. Customs, tariffs, import duties, or other fees are not included in the shipping charges you pay Maitri Learning and are the customer's sole responsibility.
Orders shipping to Massachusetts are charged 6.25% sales tax on all items with no sales tax applied to shipping costs. If you are a tax exempt Massachusetts organization, please include your tax exempt number in the "Special Instructions for the Seller" field during the checkout process. We will deduct the tax before charging your credit card.
We are happy to accept purchase orders from Schools in the US. Payment is expected net 30 from order date. Use your school's purchase order form or our order form. Then, you can either:
- Send us your order via email, postal mail, or fax using your school's Purchase Order
- Choose "Invoice" as the payment method during online checkout
If you need a sales quote, just fill up your shopping cart and choose "Invoice" as the payment method. Place a note in the comments field that you need a sales quote. We'll email you a quote that you can submit to your school to receive a purchase order (PO) number.
Your online credit card order is secured by Shopify, a leader in the small-business industry. (When you see https: instead of http: in the web address, it means you are on a secure site.) If you prefer, feel free to print our order form and fax, email, or postal mail your order to us.
