Shipping & Ordering Info
We stand by everything we make. In over 17 years of business and thousands of orders, 99.9% of all customers are happy with their purchase. Hooray! Just like them, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You may return any unused item within 30 days and receive an exchange, replacement, or refund. If there was an error on our part, we will ship you a replacement and include return postage for you to return the item you received in error. For other returns, we are happy to offer an unconditional exchange, replacement, or refund. Unfortunately, we can not refund original shipping costs; return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Also, if you place more than one order shipping to the same address, we reserve the right to combine them into one package and ship them together. If you need them shipped separately, please make a note saying this when you place your order.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Select, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (whichever is most prompt and economical for your geographic location).
All continental US orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping! Just enter the discount code FREESHIP100 upon checkout. Otherwise, US shipping and handling charges are:
- $3.95 for orders up to $19.95
- $6.95 for orders $19.95 and above
Shipping to outlying US territories including Hawaii or Alaska is available via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available via International Post or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. When your materials are shipped, we are required to complete customs documentation regarding their contents. We clearly indicate that these are school supplies/educational materials but we can not prevent the charging of tariffs/duties.
International Shipping Costs
We have had trouble with the reliability of international shipping carriers. At present, we are only able to ship anywhere that UPS will deliver. Rates are calculated at checkout. When your materials are shipped, we are required to complete customs documentation regarding their contents. We clearly indicate that these are school supplies/educational materials but we can not prevent the charging of tariffs/duties. You may be able to save and get more reliable delivery if you use a courier service that allows us to ship to a domestic address. We do not have a partnership with any couriers but are happy to ship to any domestic US address.
Orders shipping to Massachusetts are charged 6.25% sales tax on all items with no sales tax applied to shipping costs. If you are a tax exempt Massachusetts organization, please include your tax exempt number in the "Special Instructions for the Seller" field during the checkout process. We will deduct the tax before charging your credit card.
We are happy to accept purchase orders from Schools in the US. Payment is expected net 30 from order date. Use your school's purchase order form or our order form. Then, you can either:
- Send us your order via email, postal mail, or fax using your school's Purchase Order
- Choose "Invoice" as the payment method during online checkout
If you need a sales quote, just fill up your shopping cart and choose "Invoice" as the payment method. Place a note in the comments field that you need a sales quote and that the order should not ship until we receive a PO number. We'll email you a quote that you can submit to your school to receive a PO number.
Your online credit card order is secured by Shopify, a leader in the small-business industry. (When you see https: instead of http: in the web address, it means you are on a secure site.) If you prefer, feel free to print our order form and fax or postal mail your order to us.
