Our Trademark was issued today!

Wow!! This is a huge accomplishment for us. Months ago, we applied for a trademark on the name Maitri Learning. We did this all by ourselves (no lawyer at all) by reading the fine print and following the instructions on the USPTO website.

Today, we received the notification that the trademark has been issued! So keep your eyes out for that beautiful little ® next to our name.

It's amazing to think about how far we've come from a one-woman, at home business to the thriving eco-happy, fair-wage, family forward small business that we are today.
