Hello and Welcome to Maitri Learning!

It has been wonderful meeting so many of you at the conference. I wanted to share the PDF of the Teacher Burnout slides from my presentation. I hope the talk and the slides are useful.

You might also be interested in a little booklet I wrote describing the key aspects of the Teacher Mentoring Community program design and how it all played out during the year long research study.

Also, there were so many conversations about equity and diversity that I wanted to point you to classroom materials we make that introduce these concepts seamlessly: our Geography Cards. By looking at humans doing the same thing (like getting married, playing ball, shopping at a market) on each continent, you will naturally spark conversations about similarities and differences among humans. These are a door opener for the big topics you need to cover.
