Fabric Care
We have tossed all of our cork pouches in the wash to see how they hold up. None were the worse for wear! Before washing, we even soaked the cork in water, smeared it with lotion, let it soak up oil, and covered it in soap. None of these tests resulted in any discoloration; we were joyfully astonished! Even though we had no wear in our washing machine test, with repeated washing machine use we expect the edges to fray and the ink to fade/wash out. So, we recommend hand wiping/washing as needed and hanging or laying flat to dry.
