Julia Volkman to be a Featured Speaker at JALTCALL

Maitri Learning's founder, Julia Volkman, has been invited to be a Featured Speaker at the 2016 Japan Association for Language Teaching Conference (JALTCALL). This conference is sponsored jointly by the JALT special interest groups on Mind, Brain, and Education and on Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL).

JALTCALL is taking bold steps in investigating the body of scientific evidence on teaching and learning so that it can be robustly applied to their educational efforts. The group is dedicated to their student's learning. They want to be effective and offer the students the best learning situation possible. 

Julia will offer a virtual presentation on the transdisciplinary view of Mind, Brain, and Education. Her talk will highlight the big topics in the field with transformative yet easy-to-implement take-aways for the classroom.
